Zara is one of the largest international fashion companies. It belongs to Inditex, one of the world’s largest distribution groups. Their mission statement is to save energy, produce less waste and recycle, increase awareness among their team members. For their products they use ecelogical fabrics and organic cotton. They also produce free PVC footwear, and for their transportation they use biodiesel fuel.

All three of these websites give credible tips on informational interviews. They provide the different questions and answers on how to conduct informational interviews. Some of these questions are:

Inertviews are always unpredicatable, and its very important that you prepare yourslef beforwe getting interviewed. Some of the terms used to describe these questions are; open-ended questions an example of that is "Why are you interested in this position?". This question is very common for employers to ask. There"s also behavioral questions, leading questions, and hypothetical questions.

Chapter 1 & 2 in "You Majored In What"

Chap 1 talks about the different steps that can lead to a career choice. It explained how most college students are indecisive about chosing the right major. A great example of that are students with a liberal art major who happen to encounte great difficulties on choosing a career or have a few choices findong the few choices when it comes to getting the right job.

The two major points in Chapter 1 are the Linear Theory and the Chaos  Theory. The Linear Theory is an approach to career analysis that was created to reduce the elements of uncertainty. On the other hand there's the Chaos Theory is based on mathematical formulas uniquely designed to develop a better a better weatherprediction wgich interpretes as the path to a career can be very complex .

Chapter 2 demonstrate the process of self absorment and how to make sense of the majors chosen, most likely  how to deal with the chaos created while choosing a career. To make intelligent decisions, and most importantly self discovery.
